Given that you’d only get ONE SHOT, most people have NO IDEA what the best choice would be.
Do you know why? Because something like that could never, EVER, EEEVERRRRRRRRRRRR happen. Not in a trillion years. Especially to them. So why bother thinking about it?
It’s kind of like telling a person from 100 years ago about your small, hand-held device that’s able to answer nearly ANY question you ask on any topic. No way. That would be impossible.
So what might happen with A.I. in six months? How about 2 years?
Which begs the question: is fiction really fiction? I mean, just how certain can we be that “what happened in that scenario could NEVER happen in real life”?
If history is any guide, maybe it’s best to keep an open mind . . .
